There has been a considerable reduction in the number of courses conducted for the 3 technical arms of touch being;

Coaching

Refereeing, and

Selecting

Over the past 3 years in NQ, and subsequently the number of active qualified volunteers, in the 3 arms, has reduced dramatically.

There is probably several reasons that have contributed to the dramatic short fall in courses been offered to our members, but no doubt one of the main reasons is the decline in qualified presenters and the active presenters do not have the time available that they have had in the past to conduct these courses.

It was therefore agreed on at NQ Touch's General Committee Meeting held 17th April this year, that we go to a payment plan to both reimburse our present presenters for giving up there time and to encourage the growth of technical presenters in the sport.
